Arrive at the Albuquerque International Sunport at least 10 minutes before your scheduled volunteer time to allow yourself time to park and walk to the "Arrivals" terminal. We ask volunteers to:
- Bring an IFAM sign (provided by IFAM) with you so you are easy to identify to the artists
- Keep a copy of the artist FAQ with you, either on your phone or a printed copy to answer general questions for the artists
- Guide artists to the shuttle that will transport them from the Albuquerque airport to Santa Fe for hotel check-in
- Assist with locating and transporting luggage to the shuttle with the artist
