- Communicate with guests during the signing-in process and answer questions as needed.
- Keep an organized list of items taken in and who they belong to/ the item number associated with each.
- Keep the shelves and hangers inside the valet tent organized.
TEAM NOTE: Volunteers on this team need to have high organizational skills in addition to guest service skills and must be able to lift 20 pounds.
Schedule Note: This Thursday evening shift takes place during IFAM's Opening Night Celebration event.
