Come learn more about the grounds of our new location: the Railyard Park! We are offering a walkthrough opportunity with a representative from the Railyard Conservancy as a chance to learn about the horticulture of this Park and the plants that need to be protected during Market. The walkthrough will involve viewing particular flora and a chance to ask questions to the Conservancy and IFAM.
For those volunteering on either our Stewardship of Ecology or Market Greeters teams, this event will be held as a non-mandatory training session. The walkthrough is also open to all volunteers.
If you are unable to make it to the walkthrough but are still interested in learning more, please consider attending a drop-in Yardmaster Volunteer Session that the Railyard Conservancy holds on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The link to these sessions is below.
