Water Team

After a long, hot day at Market, the Water Team swoops in to offer some much-needed hydration to our valued artists, dedicated volunteers, and enthusiastic guests. Whether it's manning one of the water stations or delivering water directly to artists and volunteers, this team plays a vital role in keeping everyone cool and hydrated throughout their Market experience.

But the importance of the Water Team goes beyond just quenching thirst. We're committed to promoting sustainability and equitable access to water for all. That's why our volunteers always encourage patrons to use reusable water bottles first before opting for a single-use cup, helping to minimize waste and reduce our environmental footprint.

Join us in embodying kindness and equity while ensuring that everyone stays refreshed and energized to make the most of their time at Market. Together, we'll keep the Market experience cool, sustainable, and inclusive for all!

• Supply water to artists, volunteers, and guests who need their water bottles refilled.
• Give information regarding where to purchase IFAM water bottles if someone does not have a container of their own and offer a single use paper cup of water. 
• Provide information regarding IFAM's sustainability efforts by encouraging guests to use reusable water bottles. 

TEAM NOTE: This team will be provided with single-use cups but should first encourage patrons to use refillable water bottles. Volunteers on this team may be asked to walk throughout the Market venue to deliver water in between water stations. Minimum age for volunteers is 12; those 18 and under need to be accompanied by an adult.
