As an Opening Night Celebration Volunteer, your commitment to excellence is paramount. You'll be instrumental in ensuring that every detail is perfect and every guest is welcomed with warmth and hospitality. Whether it's setting up decorations or helping with guest services, your dedication will ensure the success of this unforgettable evening.

• Answer guest questions including giving directions, locating artists, or general site information
• Assist the IFAM staff in any way needed
• Some light cleaning may be needed, such as cleaning up a spill on the floor or picking up after guests
• Volunteers are expected to stay on task and work for the entire shift. Breaks will be given.

TEAM NOTE: Volunteers on this team are required to work the entire shift on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. For the duration of this shift, you must be able to stand and walk around; while there are breaks, this team will not be seated. Additionally, volunteers must feel comfortable greeting and speaking with guests to create a hospitable and wonderful evening.
