Cashier Pit Bosses

Cashier Pit Bosses are assigned to one area as floating managers during Market. These managers assist all cashiers and troubleshoot payment issues as they arise. This is an ideal position for those who have previously volunteered as a Poynt Cashier or are willing to learn about the Poynt system.

• Maintain communication with cashier teams in the designated area you are covering.
• Have a deep understanding of the Poynt payment system so you can troubleshoot issues effectively.
• May need to move or reassign cashiers to different booths depending on the ebb and flow of visitors in the Market and purchasing from certain exhibits.
