Who We Are
IFAM is committed to providing diverse transportation options for guests attending Market, aiming to ease the challenge of parking. Biking is a popular alternative, and our free Bike Valet service ensures a convenient and secure experience for cyclists. As a Bike Valet Volunteer, you'll operate just outside the Market footprint, away from high-traffic areas. Your role involves checking in attendees' bikes, safeguarding them during their visit to the Folk Ark Market, and returning them when owners come to pick them up. Join us in promoting sustainable transportation and enhancing the Market experience for all attendees!
What We Do
- Volunteers will be stationed at the bike valet area and are expected to stay in this area for the duration of their shift.
- Keep track of which bike belongs to each owner by tagging the bikes and giving a tag with the same number to each bike owner.
- Return the bike to its owner as they come to pick it up upon exiting the Market.
