Duties include scanning tickets as patrons enter the event, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating ticket purchases if needed. Some volunteers will operate handheld ticket scanners, requiring a level of technical familiarity.
Team note: This position will require standing and working in the sun. We encourage volunteers to bring a hat, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle. We will invite all team members to attend a training session prior to volunteering.
Scheduling note: The first shift occurs during IFAM's Friday Early Bird session. We anticipate a large rush between 7am and 9am. It is crucial to have volunteer support for our first public Market session. Join us and help welcome guests to the Market!
