Join our lively team and become the welcoming face of the Market! As a Welcome Pavilion Volunteer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring attendees navigate the Market with ease and comfort. Your friendly demeanor and flexible attitude will set the tone for a memorable experience for all.
Duties include scanning tickets as patrons enter the event, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating ticket purchases if needed. Some volunteers will also operate handheld ticket scanners, requiring a level of technical familiarity.

What We Do
- Greet Market guests, volunteers should have a positive demeanor for this role.
- Scan tickets for guests to gain entry to the Market.
- Provide general FAQ responses to guests (ex: where are the bathrooms located, where can I purchase food, etc.)
- Support guests waiting for their timed entry by providing sunscreen and water as needed.
Team Notes: This position will require standing and working in the sun. This is a customer service position that will help to enhance a positive Market experience for all. Training is required for this volunteer role.
