As a member of this team, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the smooth operation of each lecture session, from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial tasks, including checking in guests with lecture tickets, assisting with the setup and takedown of lecture sessions, and providing helpful guidance by answering general FAQs for guests. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to support IFAM staff by attending to the needs of our esteemed speakers, ensuring they have everything they require for a successful presentation.

What We Do
- Checking guest tickets/badges before entering the lecture.
- Usher guests into the venue before lectures begin and out of the venue once lectures conclude.
- Communicate with speakers and IFAM staff when additional needs or changes come up.
