Volunteer Check-In volunteers are responsible for a range of essential duties, including volunteer registration, coordinating the pick-up of vital volunteer items such as t-shirts and badges, and managing the Volunteer Check-In station during Market. This role is ideal for volunteers who prefer to have a seated position during their shift.
To excel in this role, you should be highly organized, comfortable communicating with a diverse group of volunteers, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the Market. Join us in making Market a success by becoming a vital part of our Volunteer Coordinator team!
What We Do
- Provide resources to volunteers such as team instructions, t-shirts, and FAQ information as they arrive to pick up materials at the IFAM building.
- Share general responses to FAQs (ex: Where should I park on the day of my volunteer shift?)
- During Market, support general operations during ongoing events throughout the venue.
