• Use materials provided by IFAM to fabricate decor items.
• Decorate the venue before Market begins and during setup day.
• Bring the vision of the Market to life under the guidelines of IFAM Director of Market Operations and Market Logistics Coordinator. 

TEAM NOTE: This team is made up of two groups: Pre-Market Decor Prep which consists of volunteers to meet in advance of the Market to fabricate decor iteams using materials provided by IFAM and the Market Makeover & Breakdown team who decorate the venue during setup days. Shifts that require volunteers to work outdoors or use ladders will be differentiated from seated, indoor opportunities.
