Help artists check in for their appointments, and remind artists of their appointment time if they have forgotten or show up at the wrong time.
Provide a folder of resources to artists as well as answer general questions they may have (ex: Will they have time to shop/go to the bank before leaving NM?)
Offer light refreshments to the artists like snacks and drinks.
Guide artists to their designated location for their appointment inside the IFAM building.
