During Decor Preparations shifts volunteers use materials provided by IFAM to create decor items under the guidance of IFAM Chief Operating Officer and team Volunteer Chairs. This year, there are a few different projects that volunteers will assist with. We will continue adding shifts as these projects develop. See below which shifts correspond with each project, and sign up for the ones that interest you! 2026 Decor Project Schedule: Tuesday, April 7th: Dressing the sheep & sewing pedrail coversTuesday, April 14th: Designing selfie/photo backdrop wallsWednesday, April 15th: Matching artist banners & papel picadoTeam Notes: These shifts take place at the IFAM Warehouse (1591 Pacheco St., Bldg. 1, Unit 1-S). Please dress in closed toed shoes and wear clothing that you are comfortable getting messy. There is a water cooler onsite, please bring a personal water bottle you can use during your shift.
