

Who We Are
Artist Payout Hospitality volunteers will be stationed inside the IFAM building and are essential for a successful conclusion of the Market for the artists. During Artist Payout, volunteers oversee the check-in and general FAQs for artists before their appointment. If you are an organized person with excellent people skills or you want to help the artists but prefer to avoid the crowds of Market, this is a role for you!
What We Do
- Help artists check in for their appointments, and remind artists of their appointment time if they have forgotten or show up at the wrong time.
- Provide a folder of resources to artists as well as answer general questions they may have (ex: Will they have time to shop/go to the bank before leaving NM?)
- Offer light refreshments to the artists like snacks and drinks.
- Guide artists to their designated location for their appointment inside the IFAM building.
